Intake Form for F-1/J-1 Initial Students

In order to attend our mandatory International Student Orientation, students must submit mandatory documentation to initiate their studies at UTRGV.  Students will be required to have scanned copies of the following documents in order to complete this form: 

• Passport 
• Visa 
• I-94 document

If applicable, 

• Form I-20 signed
• Assistantship Letter

No exceptions.

Once you submit all documentation, staff will review your records and provide you with a link to join our International Student Orientation on the designated date and time.
