Continuing Students: Reinstatement: Initial I-20 Request

As an F-1 student, you must regularly report any changes that may affect your Form I-20  to your designated school official (DSO) also known as your International Student Advisor. 

Those requesting new initial I-20 will have to pay the $350 SEVIS fee again.

For those requesting a new I-20 via travel please be aware that if your F-1 student visa is expired then you will need to apply for a new one before you are able to enter the U.S. Those filing for reinstatement must have a valid visa.
