Request for I-20 after OPT update

This form is ONLY for students who have filed an I-765 with USCIS.

After filing with USCIS, students may request for the ISS International Student Advisor to provide them with an updated Form I-20 showing their OPT Status, which includes any of the following:

Requested
Pending
Approved

You may also request an updated Form I-20 if you have made any changes to your employer's name, and/or the employment's start or end date.
